Job summary

PACS is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care for residents in Bartow, FL. You will follow care plans and work under supervision to support patient wellbeing.

Responsibilities include identifying residents, documenting care, reporting condition changes, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with daily living activities. CPR preferred; 10th grade education and state CNA license required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents.
• Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries clearly and accurately on charts and flow sheets.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
