Zusammenfassung

PACS is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per each resident’s care plan. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor. Maintain patient room readiness and support transfers as needed.

Role requires a valid CNA license in Florida, 10th grade education minimum, and adherence to facility policies, with CPR preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state.
• Minimum 10th grade education required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and follow care plans and policies.

• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristbands or IDs.
• Record entries with approved abbreviations and document care given.
• Report changes in resident conditions to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in resident rooms and assist with transfers.
• Provide daily nursing care as per care plan and supervisor directions.
