PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a Tampa facility. You will identify residents, assist with daily living activities, monitor health, document accurately, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

You will maintain a safe, clean environment and support discharge and transfer processes. Qualifications include licensed CNA, 10th grade education minimum, ability to follow policies, and compassion.

Formación

• Must possess, at minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret information and follow policies.

Responsabilidades

• Identify residents before administering treatments or services.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, or charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
