Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a Florida facility. You will identify residents, assist with activities of daily living, document care and communicate changes to supervisors.

CPR is preferred, and confidentiality is required. You'll work under Nursing supervision, complete tasks per care plans, and help maintain a safe, clean environment for residents throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or assisting with meals.
• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information, including protected health information.
