Job summary

PACS in Florida is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per each resident’s assessment and care plan. You will document care, assist residents with activities, and support the nursing team to ensure comfort and safety on every shift.

You will work under supervision, maintain resident privacy, and help monitor residents’ health and well‑being as part of a compassionate post‑acute care team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state law.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using wristband/photo card.
• Record entries using facility-approved abbreviations and templates.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow privacy policies.
• Assist with daily resident activities and hygiene as directed by nursing staff.
