Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in our Florida facility. You will follow each resident's care plan, assist with daily living activities, and maintain a warm, respectful environment.

Adhere to privacy rules and report any changes in health status to supervisors. The role requires meeting basic education requirements and CNA certification; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before activities and document care accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nursing leadership promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and ensure safety of care.
