Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.

• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before procedures using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries using approved abbreviations.
• Report changes to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and charts.
• Protect resident privacy and report any breaches.
• Ensure room is ready for new resident.
• Greet residents and escort to rooms.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care.
• Observe and report skin issues or injuries.
• Follow safety and infection control policies.
• Use equipment only as trained to operate.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
