Job summary

Bartow Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care per each resident’s care plan and assessment. You will identify residents before procedures, assist with daily living activities, and report changes to Nursing Supervisors throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general care procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents as per care plans.
• Identify residents using wristband/photo ID before treatments and meals.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report changes promptly to supervisors.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities; support comfort and dignity of residents.
