Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans. You will identify residents via wristband, document accurately, and report changes to supervising nurses. The role requires a CNA license and ability to handle routine tasks with compassion.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, maintaining patient confidentiality, and supporting care team with tests and mobility as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state law.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write clear notes and reports, and to communicate with residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents per care plan.
• Identify residents with wristbands before treatments or meals.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report breaches.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and examinations as directed.
