PACS seeks a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to assessment and care plans. You will work under Nurse Supervisors to support resident well-being and safety.

You will identify residents with wristbands, document care, maintain confidentiality, assist with mobility and daily activities, and participate in shift handoffs. CPR is preferred, and adherence to facility policies is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) per state law.
• CPR preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents before care using wristbands or photo cards.
• Record entries accurately and in a descriptive manner.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily functions and mobility as trained.
• Escort residents and help prepare rooms for admission or transfer.
