Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated CNA/Direct Care Giver to provide quality daily living assistance to residents in Louisville, KY. You will support activities of daily living, monitor health and well-being, and document resident status in daily logs with sensitivity and confidentiality.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in-writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be a contributing member of nursing team and follow instruction of supervisor.
• Must be polite and considerate of residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents.
• Maintains policies and procedures pertaining to the position.
• Reports incidents and documents appropriately.
• Assists in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Communicates resident status and updates to staff and families as required.
• Performs housekeeping duties and ensures residents’ comfort and safety.
• Supports residents during meals, activities, and move-in transitions.
