Job summary

Harmony Senior Services seeks a dedicated CNA/Direct Care Giver to assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate support in a senior living environment. You will encourage independence, participate in activities, and document care in the daily log and clinical records.

Requirements include a current CNA license, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift and assist residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and document appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies.
• Assist residents with meals, activities, and mobility.
