Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans and supervision guidance.

You will identify residents, document care, monitor condition, assist with meals and daily activities, and maintain a safe, respectful environment consistent with facility policies.

CPR certification is preferred; must have a valid CNA license and uphold patient confidentiality while working within a team to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with the resident's care plan and supervisor directions.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or services to ensure correct care.
