Job summary

Midwest Health in Manhattan is seeking a Transportation Driver to safely transport residents to appointments and activities, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.

You will follow facility policies, assist residents in and out of vehicles, secure wheelchairs, and report incidents promptly. Must hold a valid CNA license and CPR certification, be 21+, with a valid CDL for larger vehicles. Reliable attendance, basic computer skills, and on-call flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA license in good standing with State.
• Valid CPR certification required.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Transport residents to appointments/activities safely and courteously.
• Assist residents in/out of vehicles and secure wheelchairs.
• Report incidents and vehicle issues to Administrator promptly.
• Be on-call during scheduled days and flexible for special occasions.
