Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Driver to provide safe, courteous resident transport to appointments and activities, ensuring timely and respectful service. You will follow facility policies, assist residents, secure wheelchairs, communicate disruptions to administration, and keep vehicles clean and fueled.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA license in good standing with the State.
• CPR certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident transportation to and from appointments and activities in a safe, courteous manner.
• Comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Report any abuse/neglect immediately to the Administrator.
• Treat residents, families, visitors and staff with dignity and respect.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Report to work on time and as scheduled.
• Secure passengers’ wheelchairs to restraining devices.
• Assist residents in wheelchairs and board/alight from vehicle.
• Create routes to accommodate appointments and activities.
• Communicate disruptions to Administration and Nursing Department.
• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and in safe condition.
• Report vehicle repairs or hazards to Administrator.
• Be flexible for CNA/maintenance tasks and special occasions; on-call as scheduled.
• Must be on-call during scheduled days; replacement if unable to be on-call.
