Midwest Health in Kansas is seeking a Transportation Driver to provide safe, courteous resident transport to appointments and activities. You will follow facility policies, assist residents in wheelchairs, and communicate with the nursing and administrative teams to maintain service quality.

The role requires a valid CNA license in good standing, CPR certification, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read, write and speak English.

Qualifications

• Must have a CNA license in good standing with the State.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid CPR certification.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Transport residents safely to appointments and activities.
• Assist residents in wheelchairs and into/out of vehicles.
• Secure wheelchairs to restraints during transport.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Report vehicle repairs and safety concerns to Administrator.

Formation

CNA license in good standing with the State

High school diploma or GED

CPR certification
