Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks a dedicated CNA transporter to coordinate resident transportation to medical appointments in a timely manner under licensed nursing supervision. The role requires CNA certification and a valid driver's license, with CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's Licensure for the state in which you are applying.
• Successful completion of State Approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program preferred but not necessary.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Organizes transportation of residents to appointments based on priority of resident needs.
• Transports residents to inpatient/outpatient programs and to facilities and residences.
• Develops driving schedule based on resident appointments and program destinations.
• Reports changes in resident condition during transportation to the supervisor.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and logs mileage; ensures routine maintenance.
