Midwest Health, Inc. in Kansas seeks a Transportation Driver to provide safe, courteous resident transport to appointments and activities. You will comply with facility policies, assist residents with wheelchair transfers, and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness.

Must hold a valid CNA license in good standing with the state and CPR certification, plus basic computer skills. On-call rotations and weekend coverage may apply; a 50-pound lifting requirement is included in job duties.

Formación

• Must have a CNA license in good standing with the State.
• Must have a valid CPR certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• If required to operate a motor vehicle, comply with Facility’s Motor Vehicles policy.
• Must be 21+ to drive company vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident transportation to and from appointments and activities in a safe and courteous manner.
• Comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Report abuse/neglect immediately to the Administrator.
• Secure passengers’ wheelchairs to restraining devices during transport.
• Assist residents in wheelchairs and assist disabled passengers in/out of vehicle.
• Perform time management and route planning for appointments.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel.
