Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Driver in Overland Park, KS to provide safe, courteous transportation for residents to appointments and activities.

The role requires CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to assist residents with mobility, including wheelchairs. You will follow facility policies, maintain confidentiality, and be on-call when scheduled, with weekend and holiday flexibility as needed.

Formación

• Must have CNA license in good standing with the state.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle for business purposes per policy.

Responsabilidades

• Transport residents safely to and from appointments and activities.
• Assist residents in wheelchairs and assist passengers into/out of vehicles.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to safety policies.
• Follow routes and time management to accommodate appointments.
• Communicate disruptions to Executive Director and Nursing Department.
• Report vehicle issues and assist with maintenance as needed.
