Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a compassionate CNA/Direct Care Giver to assist residents with daily living, encourage independence, and participate in community activities. You will document incidents, support activity planning, and maintain confidentiality while delivering respectful care in a residential setting.

Requirements include active CNA license in good standing, strong communication, ability to lift 50 lbs, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to become certified within 60

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Follow instructions from supervisor and be a contributing member of the nursing team.
• Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not already certified within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and documentation to appropriate staff.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed by supervisor.
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Plan and conduct activity programs for residents.
