Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a CNA/Direct Care Giver to assist residents with daily living activities and provide meaningful experiences in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include helping with meals, mobility, hygiene, and activity planning, while documenting health status and communicating with the nursing team. CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtained within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current CNA license from the state and be in good standing.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist with transfers.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to be certified within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with meals, mobility, hygiene, and daily tasks.
• Conduct activities and provide meaningful experiences for residents.
• Document care and daily log entries; report concerns to nursing staff.
