Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide quality direct care to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, respond to calls, maintain cleanliness, and support activity programs while documenting care and incidents in the daily log.

Requirements include a current CNA license, strong communication and teamwork, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the state where the community is located.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain their independence.
• Report incidents and care concerns to appropriate staff and document accordingly.
• Perform housekeeping duties and keep resident areas clean.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergency alerts.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs and social events.
• Support move-in transitions and provide emotional support to new residents.
• Maintain confidentiality and document changes in daily logs and clinical records.
