Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents. You will support independence and participate in community activities while following all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, reporting incidents, documenting care, and helping with activity programs. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days, with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the state in which the community is located.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be a contributing member of nursing team and follow instruction of supervisor.
• Must be able to safely lift and transfer residents with proper body mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Encourage residents to function at their highest level of independence and participate in activities.
• Report incidents and document appropriately in the Daily Log and clinical record.
• Provide housekeeping duties and maintain clean resident areas as directed.
• Communicate status, admissions, and transfers to the care team.
