Job summary

The CMMS Administrator at Michaels oversees asset information, inventory, and maintenance data in the CMMS. The role includes processing work orders, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to budget tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/engineering education preferred.
• Experience in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is beneficial.
• Understanding of facilities maintenance/management processes.
• 1 year experience with work orders, purchasing, warehousing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Order materials/parts from vendors as required.
• Assist with sourcing parts from new vendors.
• Inventory management and auditing; maintain critical spare parts list.
• Perform daily data analysis on parts/assets; create work orders in CMMS.
• Assist with budget tracking and data entry.
• Coordinate with FOM and Systems Support Manager on PM procedures.
