Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Clerk to manage Nuvolo CMMS, asset databases, and maintenance scheduling for projects. You will work with the PM and Service Manager to ensure efficient workflows and proactive maintenance.

The role emphasizes data analysis, cross-team collaboration, and providing timely updates to the client. A background with CMMS and MS Office is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in CMMS administration and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with asset management, maintenance scheduling, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility asset database and CMMS records.
• Create and manage maintenance schedules and look-ahead.
• Track metrics for maintenance and provide trend analysis.
• Export, analyze, and report CMMS data using Excel or similar tools.
• Collaborate with QC and procurement to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
• Provide training on Nuvolo and related processes.
• Support client status updates and communications.
