Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required and admitted to practice in the relevant state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience at a law firm; CMBS/structured finance or securities offering is preferred.
• Direct experience at a leading AmLaw 100 firm is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Legal Research: conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case/transaction preparation and strategy.
• Legal Writing: draft briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
• Case/Transaction Management: assist/manage complex cases/transactions from inception to resolution, including closings.
• Client Interaction: build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships with professionalism.
• Collaboration: work with lawyers and business professionals to develop innovative strategies.
• Attending high-level legal activities: participate in hearings, depositions, negotiations, and trials.
• Compliance: ensure rigorous compliance with legal standards and evolving precedents.
• Professional Development: pursue ongoing training to enhance legal knowledge and leadership skills.
