You will perform legal research, draft agreements, and collaborate with partners to advance high-stakes transactions while delivering practical, client-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and license to practice in the office state.
• 2+ years of law firm experience; CMBS/structured finance preferred but not required.
• Experience with commercial real estate finance, CMBS, structured finance or securities offering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case and transaction strategy.
• Draft briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence with precision.
• Assist and manage complex cases/transactions from inception through closing.
• Maintain strong client relationships with timely updates and professional conduct.
• Collaborate with lawyers and professionals to develop transaction strategies.
