Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a law firm; CMBS/structured finance preferred.
• Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong writing and research capabilities with client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough legal research to support case/transaction strategy.
• Draft briefs, motions, contracts and correspondence with high quality.
• Assist and manage complex cases/transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships.
• Collaborate with lawyers and business professionals on strategy.
• Attend hearings, depositions, negotiations and trials as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies.
