Job summary

Invited is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations within our club, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to safety standards. You will actively participate in service during both low and high-volume periods to support the team and maintain service excellence.

The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and involves supervising service staff, mastering the al carte menu, and coordinating with management on training, reservations, and event setups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant or club-related food & beverage service.
• Preferred ServSafe, ABC, and CPR certifications.
• Completion of listed online training modules: Service Training, Host Training, Bartender Training, Server Assistant Training, Banquet Server Training, Beverage Cart Attendant Training, Kitchen, F&B Refresh Training, Culinary Safety, Food Safety, and Alcohol Safety.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Invited’s service standards as outlined in the service training program.
• Oversee the service of food and beverages to members and guests, ensuring adherence to standards and excellence.
• Directly and indirectly supervise service staff to ensure consistent service quality and member experience.
• Execute member and guest orders and special requests accurately.
• Assist in implementing training and incentive programs for staff development.
• Review reservations and event sheets to align room setups with bookings.
• Open procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and complete closing procedures.
• Inspect room cleanliness and setup for next service or event.
