Soho House & Co in New York City is seeking a Club Receptionist/Host who greets members and guests, answers calls, and creates reservations for the Club and Food & Beverage operations. You will foster a warm, professional atmosphere and coordinate with staff to ensure seamless service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a similar role, experience with OpenTable, Salesforce, and Opera, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment. Nights, weekends, and holidays flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in a similar frontline hospitality role.
• Experience answering high-volume calls professionally and promptly.
• Familiarity with OpenTable, Salesforce and Opera is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests by name and with warmth.
• Answer high-volume phone lines and handle reservations and inquiries.
• Provide menu, hours, and amenity information accurately.
• Maintain reception area and assist with guest coat checks.
• Support guest list management and communicate feedback to management.
• Contribute to a fun, professional atmosphere.
