Job summary

Soho House is seeking a professional Host to greet members and guests, answer calls, and create reservations for clubs and restaurants. You will master our phone system, maintain a warm demeanor, and ensure accurate information is provided with discretion throughout the guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a similar role, OpenTable and MICROS experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Experience handling high-volume phone lines and inquiries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; answer calls; manage reservations for Club/F&B operations.
• Master phone system; provide accurate information on menus, hours, amenities and pricing.
• Create reservations and assist managers on the floor with service standards.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and friendly, helpful service.
• Collaborate with reception to ensure excellent guest experience and manage expectations.
