24 Hour Fitness in Irvine, CA is hiring an Operations Manager to partner with the General Manager in running a clean, safe, and welcoming club and delivering an exceptional member experience.

You will lead the front-line operations team, including Club Attendants, Sales & Service Overnights, Sales & Service Associates, and Kids' Club Attendants where applicable, and own wage-and-hour compliance and timekeeping.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience building employee schedules and managing labor hours.
• Knowledge of wage-and-hour practices and timekeeping.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Mansioni

• Directly supervise Sales & Service staff and Kids' Club Attendants, recruit and train.
• Create weekly schedules ensuring coverage and legal compliance.
• Oversee front desk, member check-in, and member inquiries.
• Drive retail performance and member satisfaction.
• Ensure club cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep.
• Manage wage-and-hour compliance and timecard accuracy.
