24 Hour Fitness in Livermore, CA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead front-line operations, ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming club, and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will supervise Club Attendants, Kids' Club Attendants, and Sales & Service Associates, manage schedules, wage-and-hour compliance, and coordinate with the General Manager on staffing and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years supervisory or lead experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• Experience building employee schedules and managing labor hours to a budget.
• Knowledge of wage-and-hour practices and timekeeping; strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise front-line staff and partner with General Manager on staffing.
• Onboard and train new team members on service standards, timekeeping, and safety procedures.
• Coach team members, conduct performance conversations, and recommend actions to GM.
• Ensure wage-and-hour compliance, meal/rest periods, and accurate timecards across shifts.
• Lead front desk operations, member check-in and support for digital check-in and app.
• Drive club retail performance and member satisfaction through engagement and service.
