Responsibilities

• Directly supervise front desk and support staff; partner with GM on recruiting and selection.
• Onboard, train, and coach team to meet service standards and timekeeping requirements.
• Ensure wage-and-hour compliance, meal/rest periods, and accurate timecard processing.
• Lead front desk operations, member check-in, and support for sales referrals when needed.
• Drive club performance in retail and member sentiment; manage merchandising and inventory.
• Oversee Kids' Club operations and safety, with appropriate supervision and documentation.
• Maintain club cleanliness, safety procedures, and daily administrative tasks.
