Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and HS diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification required; training available within first 30 days.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and supervise staff.
• Familiar with Excel, planetary brand values, and operational requirements.
• Excellent communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in planning and implementing member-attraction strategies.
• Oversee hiring, interviewing, and onboarding documentation to standards.
• Train and develop new team members and ensure certifications are up to date.
• Supervise up to 20 Team Players and coach performance.
• Monitor KPI goals and metrics for the club.
• Coordinate schedules and payroll items; manage inventory and orders.
• Support marketing and promotional activities for the club.
• Ensure a clean facility and world-class member service.
