Qualifications

• CPR certification required.

• Willing to travel for training and to support other locations.
• Overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist Club Manager in staffing schedules and coverage.
• Train and coach staff to deliver exceptional member service.
• Lead front desk operations and maintain member records.
• Manage member accounts and payments in POS systems.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in HR-related forms and recruitment activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
