Midwest Fitness Partners is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily club operations and front desk leadership. The role focuses on delivering a Judgement Free member experience while supporting hiring, training, and performance development across the team.

You will help ensure a financially successful club by guiding staff, maintaining service standards, and coordinating with the Club Manager on HR-related tasks and shift coverage. Excellent customer service and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR certification required.
• Superior problem solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership and diplomacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day club operations and front desk coverage under Club Manager guidance.
• Provide excellent customer service and lead staff to ensure a welcoming, judgement-free environment.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training processes and coach team members.
• Maintain club cleanliness, inventory, and safety standards; monitor reports and metrics.
• Support franchise operations and ensure financial performance and growth.
