Job summary

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing staff; greeting members; handling member questions; maintaining cleanliness; processing payroll; and supporting marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma/GED equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience preferably in a similar gym or retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite) and the ability to learn systems quickly.
• Strong supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic with a passion for health and fitness.
• Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests with superior customer service.
• Support Club Manager with staff management and payroll processing as needed.
• Schedule and supervise staff to ensure all shifts are covered.
• Greet members and guests, sign in new members, and share updates or events.
