Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Club Manager in daily operations, lead a friendly team, drive membership growth, and uphold a clean, welcoming environment aligned with our Judgement Free Zone standard.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, outstanding customer service, effective communication, and the ability to manage staff, assist with member needs, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the club.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work on-site.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills preferred in fitness industry.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, and performance management of team members.
• Supervise front desk and cleaning staff to ensure member service excellence.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and lead by example.
• Assist with staff scheduling and time management.
• Oversee daily club operations to keep areas clean, safe, and fully functional.
• Handle member requests and inquiries and maintain club standards.
