The Bay Club Company is seeking an Operations Associate to support Club cleanliness, guest services, and daily operations across departments at our Redmond location. You will help welcome members, book activities, manage check-ins, and assist with events while maintaining high standards of service.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, a friendly demeanor, and strong communication skills. The role offers growth opportunities as you rotate through fitness, facilities, and member services

Qualificações

• At least one year experience in the hospitality industry or related service position preferred.
• Food Safety certification (if applicable).
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of Club areas including fitness spaces, lobby, restrooms, and common areas.
• Greet members and guests; check in and register.
• Operate POS systems and process payments.
• Assist with property tours, membership sales as needed, and events.
• Support across departments to ensure smooth club operations.
