Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Savannah, GA is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class guest service and promote CLUB memberships. You will be the CLUB product expert, processing applications and assisting members while ensuring compliance and a superior shopping experience.

As a part-time team member, you will help meet store metrics, keep the CLUB Booth organized, and provide excellent service across departments. Training and benefits are available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of CLUB membership processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership opportunities.
• Explain CLUB benefits and assist with member activation or upgrades.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers and stay informed on sales.
• Maintain CLUB Booth organization and inventory accuracy.
• Process payments and CLUB applications; answer member questions.
• Provide feedback and reports on CLUB operations to leadership.
• Support other store areas as needed.
