Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service to guests and promote CLUB Membership. You will act as the CLUB product expert, handle account servicing, member activation, sales, and compliance while guiding customers through the CLUB experience.

Daily duties include greeting customers, demonstrating CLUB benefits, processing applications and payments, and keeping the CLUB Booth organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership.
• Explain CLUB benefits and process applications.
• Operate CLUB programs and maintain inventory.
• Demonstrate products and respond to inquiries.
• Meet store metrics and keep booth organized.
• Process payments and answer account questions.
• Provide daily feedback and peer coaching as CLUB advocate.
• Support store operations as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
