Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service to guests while presenting the benefits of CLUB membership. You will be the product expert for CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting the CLUB, processing payments and applications, and keeping the CLUB Booth clean and accurate.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and maintain motivation unsupervised.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership opportunities.
• Explain CLUB benefits and assist with membership applications and activations.
• Process payments and handle CLUB transactions and inquiries.
• Maintain CLUB Booth organization and inventory accuracy.
• Provide daily feedback and reports on CLUB activities.
• Support store operations and other duties as needed.
