Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service while guiding guests to CLUB membership benefits. You will become the product expert, handle account servicing, CLUB sales, and application processing to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting CLUB membership, processing payments and applications, and maintaining CLUB booth inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro CLUB Membership or enhance experiences for current members.
• Demonstrate products and explain CLUB benefits to guests.
• Process payments and CLUB applications; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth organized and clean.
• Provide the CLUB Member experience and advise on account questions.
