Bass Pro Shops is hiring a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service and promote CLUB Membership. You will be the product expert for CLUB processes, including acquiring new members, CLUB sales, and handling account questions. Join a team focused on a premium guest experience.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interaction, accurate CLUB dealings, and adherence to company standards, with opportunities to coach peers and support multiple store areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 0 to 2 Years of Experience.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers proactively and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB Membership.
• Demonstrate products to customers and explain CLUB benefits.
• Process CLUB payments, account questions, and CLUB applications.
• Maintain CLUB Booth inventory, cleanliness, and organization.
• Provide daily feedback and reports to supervisors.
• Support other store areas as needed.
