Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter in Savannah, GA. The role focuses on promoting CLUB Memberships, servicing member accounts, and delivering a world-class customer experience on the sales floor.

The Outfitter will process payments and applications, coach peers, and ensure CLUB processes are followed, while maintaining booth organization and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB Membership opportunities, delivering a unique experience.
• Demonstrate Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB products to guests and explain benefits.
• Process CLUB payments, accounts questions, and member applications.
• Maintain CLUB inventory accuracy and keep the CLUB Booth organized and presentable.
• Provide feedback and reports on CLUB activities to store leadership.
