Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class guest service and promote CLUB Membership benefits. You will be the product expert while handling memberships, CLUB applications, payments, and compliance within the store.

You will engage customers, demonstrate CLUB advantages, maintain CLUB Booth organization, and provide timely feedback and reports to help meet store metrics. This is a part-time role.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership opportunities.
• Demonstrate products to customers and explain CLUB benefits.
• Process payments, CLUB applications, and member services.
• Keep CLUB Booth organized and inventory accurate.
• Provide daily feedback and reports to management.
• Support CLUB operations and compliance programs.
• Assist in other store duties as needed.
