The successful candidate will manage CLUB events, training, and recognition programs while ensuring compliance with CLUB metrics and store goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4+ years of sales, management or leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience across the store.
• Coach and train store leadership and outfitters on CLUB initiatives.
• Drive CLUB metrics, compliance, and reporting with the leadership team.
• Support Manager on Duty shifts and overall store operations.
