Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world class service and act as product expert for CLUB membership benefits. The role includes acquiring/activating members, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with CLUB processes.

You will support store goals, demonstrate products, and provide a high-quality CLUB Member experience across the store, with responsibilities spanning payment processing, account questions, and member engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership benefits.
• Explain CLUB experiences and handle CLUB sales and applications.
• Process payments and member account questions.
• Maintain accuracy of CLUB inventory and booth cleanliness.
• Provide daily feedback and reports and coach peers.
