Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Membership Manager to lead the CLUB program and customer experience across our retail locations. This salaried leader oversees the CLUB credit program, drives the CLUB culture, and supports the team during Manager on Duty shifts.

The ideal candidate will recruit, train, and coach outfitters, ensure CLUB metrics are met, and collaborate with leaders to deliver outstanding CLUB experiences in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of sales, management, or leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Inspire CLUB Customer Service Experience across the store.
• Collaborate to execute CLUB promotions and events.
• Coach and train store leadership and outfitters on CLUB programs.
• Lead CLUB 101 training during onboarding.
• Recruit and retain CLUB Outfitters and build teams.
• Design strategies to meet CLUB metrics and compliance.
